- To facilitate your participation in the Privacy Awareness and Online Learning Assessment (PAOLA).
- To improve our training, including the delivery of free online courses, and to communicate with you regarding program updates, notifications, and support.

- User Authentication: Your personal information is used for user registration, login, and account management purposes.
- Learning Enhancement: We use educational data to personalize your learning experience, track progress, and provide relevant content.
- Communication: We may use your contact information to send updates, notifications, and educational materials.
- Feedback or Surveys: We may roll out evaluation surveys to gauge the satisfaction of the learners with the training we provide, and to collect feedback to enhance the quality and relevance of our training programs.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and as required by applicable laws and regulations, including the DPA.

We safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data by maintaining a combination of organizational, physical, and technical security measures based on generally accepted data privacy and information security standards.
Disclosure of Your Data:
Personal data collected during the course will be used solely within the Bank and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent. However, we may disclose your data to the Human Resources Group of the Bank to provide them with a list of employees who have completed the training.

Under the DPA, you have the right to be informed about the processing of the personal information we hold about you. Further, you may be entitled to request:
- Access: To obtain confirmation on whether or not data relating to you are being processed.
- Rectification: To have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
